On this special occasion of Workers’ Day (MAY DAY), I extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you for your unwavering dedication, resilience, and commitment to duty.
Today, we celebrate your invaluable contributions to the growth and development of our district. Your hard work across all sectors (education, health, agriculture, sanitation, security, commerce, and the public service etc.) remains the backbone of our progress as a district and as a people.
Despite the challenges we continue to face, your determination and professionalism have kept our local economy moving and our communities functioning. You are the driving force behind every milestone we achieve, from ongoing infrastructure projects to improved service delivery and community development initiatives.
As your District Chief Executive, I am fully committed to creating an enabling environment that supports your efforts. We will continue to prioritize policies and programmes that enhance productivity, promote decent work conditions, and open up opportunities for skills development and employment, especially for our youth.
I also urge all workers to remain steadfast, innovative, and united in purpose. Let us deepen our spirit of collaboration and accountability as we work together to build a more prosperous and inclusive Atwima Kwanwoma District.
