SMARTWORKPLACE TRAINING AT ATWIMA KWANWOMA DISTRICT ASSEMBLY

As part of efforts to improve communication and also enhance productivity and transition into a paperless working environment, a training workshop has been organised for staff of the Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly on the activation of corporate email accounts. The initiative is in line with the Office the Head of Local Government Service (OHLGS) commitment to fully integrate all Assemblies into the Smart Workplace Platform, a digital system designed to facilitate seamless communication, efficient workflow, and improved records management across public sector institutions.
This seeks to reduce reliance on printed materials and promote digitalisation within the MMDAs across the country.
Madam Eunice Korankye, the District Coordinating Director, in her opening remarks noted that he training will equip participants with the knowledge and technical skills required to activate, configure and effectively utilize their official email accounts in preparation for the migration to the Smart Workplace System.
