Commemoration of the 69th Independence Anniversary in the Atwima Kwanwoma District was held at Ampabame No.1 R/C School park in a colourful ceremony with a huge attendance of the public from all walks of life.
The event was marked under the theme “Building Prosperity, Restoring Hope.
In all, 30 schools were drawn from various basic schools and Senior High School levels in the area.
The event was commemorated under the command of Fireman, Prince Anokye Baah, from the Ghana National Fire Service, ably assisted by Atta Kyea of the Afia Kobi Ampem Girls SHS.
