Commissioning of the Apaaso Community Market

The Apaaso community has witnessed a significant milestone with the commissioning of its newly constructed market facility, proudly built and funded by Mr. Patrick Owusu, a distinguished businessman popularly known as Pekus.
  
Delivering her keynote address at the ceremony, the District Chief Executive for Atwima Kwanwoma, Hon. Grace Agyemang Asamoah, commended Mr. Owusu for his exemplary initiative and called on all well-meaning Ghanaians to emulate his spirit of community support. She emphasized that development is a shared responsibility and cannot be achieved by government alone.
The DCE admonished the community to make effective use of the market and adopt a strong maintenance culture to position it among the best trading centres in the district.
She further charged the traders to keep the environment clean and orderly to enhance commercial activities and boost the local economy. She expressed appreciation to Mr. Patrick Owusu and his wife for their commitment to the welfare of the community.
Mr. Patrick Owusu, in his remarks, encouraged the community to take ownership of the facility and use it responsibly to ensure its longevity and relevance.
He reiterated his vision to support job creation across Ghana as part of efforts to reduce youth unemployment and contribute meaningfully to national development.
