Earlier today, the District Chief Executive for Atwima Kwanwoma District, Mrs. Grace Agyemang Asamoah, togegher with some other technocrats visited the Ampabame No. 1 community to ascertain the extent of havoc caused by the Aboabo river in the community.
The river has washed away a portion of the land away which has cut residents of the other side from who wish to link the Ampabame No. 1 township for their daily activities.
This they said deprive school children and other residents from going to school and the other way round.
The DCE was worried and pledged her support to resolve devastating situation as soon as possible. She used the opportunity to call on all well-meaning Ghanaians to come on board to help build the district and Ghana as a whole.
