The Spatial Planning Committee of the Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly, chaired by the District Chief Executive, Hon. Grace Agyemang Asamoah, has approved 35 development permit applications and some change of use applications at its recent meeting.
Two (2) applications were deferred pending the necessary clearances from the Environmental Protection Agency and the Ghana National Fire Service.
The meeting was attended by the District Coordinating Director, Alhaji Mohammed Shaibu, and all committee members, who carefully examined each application to ensure compliance with planning, environmental, and safety regulations.
The Assembly remains committed to promoting orderly and sustainable development across the district.
