The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly, Mrs. Grace Agyemang Asamoah (Hon.), has delivered a New Year message to staff of the Assembly, calling on them to recommit themselves to hard work, discipline and professionalism as the year begins.

Addressing staff at a durbar at the Assembly Hall, Hon. Agyemang Asamoah admonished officers to take their work seriously and desist from absenteeism and lateness, which she noted negatively affect productivity and service delivery.
She urged staff to remain focused, dedicated and punctual in the discharge of their duties in order to help the Assembly achieve its developmental goals for the year 2026.
The DCE further encouraged staff to maintain a strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation, stressing that collective effort is key to effective local governance. She specifically called on officers to extend the same level of support and cooperation they offered to the outgoing District Coordinating Director, Madam Eunice Korankye, to the newly appointed Coordinating Director.
According to her, a smooth transition and sustained institutional harmony will enable the Assembly to function efficiently and deliver quality services to the people of the district.
Hon. Grace Agyemang Asamoah expressed optimism that with renewed commitment, discipline and unity among staff, the Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly will record significant progress in the year ahead.
